Gustavo Valle is Executive Vice President & President, Latin America for Mondelēz International, a global company leading the future of snacking with 2019 net revenues of approximately $26 billion. In this role, Gustavo focuses on driving growth in the Latin America region with extensive experience in emerging and developed markets.

Gustavo joined Mondelēz International in early 2020, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience and expertise across Latin America, North America and Europe. Gustavo has a proven track record of having led food and beverage businesses, demonstrating strategic capabilities and operational excellence to turn around challenged businesses and drive growth. He started his career in Finance before ascending into general management roles for markets including Argentina and Brazil before taking on leadership roles in the US and Europe.

His passion for consumer-focused marketing, operational excellence and bold innovation has benefited the many brands he has led in categories such as Dairy and Beverages. In more than 20 years at Danone, he held roles including CFO Argentina; CEO Argentina; CEO Brazil; North America VP, Dairy Division; VP Dairy Division Europe and EVP, Dairy Division Worldwide.

Gustavo has a degree in accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and is a member of the Board for Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English and French.
