In her last role at Mars, she served as Global Vice President of Supply Chain for its $15 billion Global Petcare business. Sandra’s passion and expertise are in creating and implementing customer-focused supply strategies that deliver both customer value and supply chain effectiveness. She is passionate about the role the supply chain plays in driving value to businesses by connecting and transforming the Supply Chain through deep understanding and partnership with the Business. Sandra currently serves as a Board member for Trimble, a leading developer of Global Navigation Satellite System receivers, laser rangefinders, unmanned aerial vehicles, inertial navigation systems and software processing tools. In this role, Sandra leads all aspects of the organization’s global supply chain including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Sustainability and Safety. Sandra is passionate about the role the supply chain plays in leveraging deep understanding and partnership to drive value to the business.

Sandra joined the company in June 2019 from Kimberly-Clark where she was their first-ever Supply Chain Officer. She built their Supply Chain and Supply Chain Leadership team and under her leadership, this work resulted in best-in-class performance in cost-savings and step-changes in cash, customer service, quality, safety and sustainability.

Sandra has extensive international experience and has lived and worked in North America, Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. She is on the Board for Trimble, serves on the SCM World’s Executive Advisory Board and is a Trustee for Atlanta International School, Atlanta, Georgia.
