Kraft Foods separated its North American grocery business from its global snacking business to create two new entities that are now independent of each other.
- The North American grocery business is listed as Kraft Foods while the global snacking business is listed as Mondelēz International.
- This is a significant change to our corporate structure but does not affect the products we offer customers, or the goods, services and raw materials we receive from our suppliers.
- We will continue to receive from you goods, services and raw materials that help us supply the delicious products you currently enjoy from us, including those found in the grocery aisle.
