The purpose is to help us avoid potential conflicts of interest or the appearance of a conflict with business partners and government officials; and to maintain Mondelez International reputation as a global enterprise. We seek to make our business decisions objectively and in the best interests of Mondelez International at all times.

We will not accept gifts or entertainment in any amount from our business partners (customers or suppliers) except for very limited circumstances. Certain types of gifts are never permitted - cash or cash equivalents; anything conditioned on receiving something in return; anything illegal, offensive; or anything we know violates our business partner's standards.
