To the Mondelēz Supplier Community,

Over the past 5 years, I have sent many communications to you, our global supplier community. You have been a key part of our extended enterprise and we have made tremendous progress in improving and creating joint value – reducing complexity, driving innovation, eliminating non- value added costs while improving service and quality.

I have had the opportunity to speak to some of you directly but wanted to ensure that I communicated an upcoming and important change in the Global Procurement organization.

Effective July 1, 2014, I will be transitioning out of the Chief Procurement Officer role at Mondelēz International and will be taking on a new role in the company.

I am pleased to share that Mark Dady currently the VP Procurement- Mondelēz EU- will fully assume the role of Chief Procurement Officer. I am particularly pleased to transition this role to Mark. He has been an impactful, strategic and pragmatic leader in our company. We share the same strong belief that our supplier base is an extension of our enterprise and plays a key role in our companies’ results.

Please find attached Mark’s bio. He will be communicating to you post July 1, 2014.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the partnerships that has led to improved joint business results. We’ve accomplished a lot but there is much more we can do together!
Best Regards,

Julia M. Brown
